Danielle Malloy

Ms. Malloy is responsible for performing a variety of management and professional activities, including establishing and directing departments and functions across the organization with an emphasis on planning, operational efficiency and effectiveness, performance management and organizational development. Prior to joining the company, she served as Manager, Corporate Services & Corporate Compliance for FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Texas, LLC, (formerly Kalon Biotherapeutics, LLC). Working in various capacities and in increasingly responsible positions over her six years with the company, she served as Legal Compliance Training Representative, Export Control Compliance Officer, FCPA and Anti-Trust Compliance Officer, and Global Security Trade Control Officer. Earlier in her career she worked as a paralegal in the Office of General Counsel at the Texas A&M University System. Ms. Malloy also has experience in clinical pharmacology and served as Head Laboratory Technician for the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University with a primary focus on therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical drug trials. Ms. Malloy studied Animal Science at Texas A&M University – Kingsville, received her Advanced Paralegal Certification at Sam Houston State University and a Biomanufacturing Technical Certification at Texas A&M University.
