Amy Franke, MBE
Vice President of Clinical Operations
Amy Franke has more than 20 years of experience in clinical research, including almost 20 years in operationalizing oncology clinical trials. She has oncology expertise in solid tumors (including specialty populations), NSCLC, glioblastoma, hepatocellular cancer, renal cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, adrenocortical carcinoma, and CLL. She has directly managed over 30 clinical trials, including several pivotal trials, spanning multiple compounds in more than 30 countries.
Ms. Franke has a demonstrated history of executing drug development programs at organizations ranging from fully integrated pharmaceutical companies to early stage biotechnology start-ups and global contract research organizations (CROs). She joins Aravive from NervGen Pharma, where she was VP, Clinical Operations.
Ms. Franke received a Master of Bioethics degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
